Business Leaders Alliance (BLA) is an association of like-minded business leaders formed with the intention of growing it's members in areas of entrepreneurship, training and capacity building, knowledge exchange, mentorship, relationship building, community service among others with the aim that they each will fulfill their business and social objectives.

BLA is a non-discriminative organization. As such it is open to receive applications and admission into membership irrespective of size of business and duration of existence. Interested parties are required to meet the following requirements;
Run a legally legitimate and ethical business.
Attend at least 3 BLA weekly meetings to understand how the organization runs.
Fill an application form and submit its requirements including; business registration documents, personal details among others.
Undergo an interview and vetting with the vetting committee.
Pay initial membership subscription fees. Annual subscriptions shall be payable on an annual basis.
